Oscar joined MTN Rwandacell PLC in February 2015 and was confirmed as the General Manager Risk and Compliance at MTN Rwandacell PLC in February 2021. Prior to that, he held managerial roles within MTN Rwandacell PLC Finance department as Senior Manager Financial Planning and Analysis, Senior Accountant Fixed Assets and at the CEO’s office serving as Senior Manager, Strategy. He possesses 9 years of working experience with 5 years coming from working in Telco. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He is also a qualified member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA).
