Customers can get new MTN SIM Cards at some MTN Kiosks and any MTN Service Centres or Connect Shops.
Customers are required to present a valid I.D. or Passport for their new SIM Card registration.

11– Are MTN–MTN calls truly unlimited?

Yes. Calls to MTN Rwanda numbers are unlimited during the 48-hour validity period.

12– Can I use the 300 minutes to call any network?

Yes. The 300 minutes can be used to call all other local networks in Rwanda.

13– Can I use this offer for international calls or roaming?

No. The Starter Pack offer is valid for local use in Rwanda only and does not cover international calls or roaming.

14– Can I share or transfer the data, minutes or SMS?

No. The Starter Pack benefits are not transferable and can only be used by the SIM owner.
