IT Automation Specialist

IT Automation specialist is responsible for developing various automation initiatives as per the Group’s guidelines and business needs, this individual participates in technical specifications and designs to enable continuous improvements within the automation area. He drives the digital transformation in our working environment by automating manual processes and availing collaboration tools and all related procedures to adhere to organizational values, enabling staff, and Partners.

• Drive the digital transformation in our working environment by automating manual processes.
• Develop & Enhance IT collaboration & Communication tools.
• Business processes to go fully paperless using different applications or development approaches.
• Perform SharePoint administration, and development as well as support to end users on automation tools.
• Improve all platform digitalization levels.
• Research and recommend innovative ways to automate IT routine tasks.
• Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.
• Automate monitoring of the integrity and availability of all hardware resources, Databases, and key processes, reviewing system and application logs and verifying. completion of scheduled jobs such as backups on disk/tape
• Identify business manual processes and develop a workflow to automate all existing manual processes.
• Provide support per request from various customers. Investigate and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain operation, configuration, or other procedures.
• Perform ongoing performance tuning and optimization on automation tools.
• Ensure audit findings & vulnerabilities are fixed on time.
