Manager-Planning and Budgeting

Core Purpose of the Job

• Performing as a planning and Budgeting Manager.

Key Performance Areas:

• To prepare, manage and report on annual Budgets. To do monthly Financial Report variance analysis to faithfully present the financial position of the company to stakeholders. 
• Preparation of weekly CEO forecasts summarizing the expected business performance the month.
• Consolidate monthly VP deck on time as per set deadlines.
•  Review and scrutinize budget inputs from all departments for reasonableness, accuracy and relevance.
• Ensuring all expenditures are in line with the agreed guidance.
• Drive entire business plan model, base the annual budgets on identified trends and patterns within the current operations.
• Support in preparation and consolidation of business plan presentation for Group presentation and ensuring that information is accurate and reconciles with the Hyperion numbers loaded.
• Prepare budget and forecast load files and ensure that the loading is completed within deadlines advised by Group.
• Review performance analysis carried out on different segments from topline to EBITDA level, with clear segmentation of revenue and costs.
• Review Monthly non-financial load for accuracy.
• Review Monthly & quarterly adhoc reports to include Annexure D, ARPU retrieve, RURA submissions etc…
• Monthly analysis of CoS, variance analysis, explanations and actions required for CoS management
• Prepare any other ad-hock performance reports which maybe required by Management.
