Once your daily data bundle is exhausted, you will need to purchase additional data bundle by dialing *345# or *140# to purchase voice packs or wait until midnight for your daily data allocation to reset. - Are there any restrictions on the number of closed user groups I can join?
Yes, you can be a member of up to three closed user groups. - Can I add non-corporate members to my CUG + Data group?
Yes, any number can be added as a member to the CUG + Data group. - How do I manage my CUG + Data subscription?
Prepaid customers can manage their CUG+DATA subscription, including adding or removing members, through the USSD code *843# and follow prompts. Postpaid customers will submit a request letter via the Service Centre across the country for both adding or removing users in the CUG. - What happens if I don’t renew my CUG + Data subscription?
When your subscription expires, your group members will lose access to the CUG + Data benefits, including unlimited calls, SMS within the group, and the daily data bundle. -
