MTN Rwanda is therefore Internally and Externally recruiting highly competent and self-motivating individuals for the below Positions

  • Customer Base Segmentation, analysis, and performance tracking.
  • Identify Opportunities to Drive Incremental Value Creation from the Base.
  • Build an understanding of the drivers of value across Voice, Data, and Fixed Connectivity products and across value bands.
  • Develop targeted propositions, together with product developer, to identified segments to deliver more value and increase revenue within the segment.
  • Build an understanding of the drivers of churn among the base to inform propositions development to proactively stem churn.
  • Develop and maintain a measurement framework to monitor the delivered customer experience against the defined experience.
  • Feedback performance shortfalls to the business and agree on actions with relevant stakeholders to close the gap.
  • Build Predictive & Propensity models pertaining to key eCVM aspects such as Churn management and ARPU, RGS enhancement.
  • Perform eCVM campaigns performance tracking and profitability evaluation.
  • Identify addressable segments to target from Base value migration analysis.
  • Define base offers and provide input into proposition design.
  • Generate customer insights based on data analysis and identifying new revenue opportunities.
  • Keep an eye on products/portfolio analysis and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Competitive Intelligence and Market dynamics tracking.
  • Individual/Account product performance tracking and recommend appropriate action.
  • Perform Tariff Margin Analysis Simulation.
  • Tariff/Value Migration Analysis and Management.
  • Prepare various MIS reports as required on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Monitor competitor activities in the marketplace and propose appropriate action.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, IT/Computer Science
  • Experience with Data Analytics using tools such as SQL, Excel PowerBI, etc.
  • At least 2 years in business analysis, planning, and product pricing experience in a competitive multi-product company.
  • Experience in delivering marketing insights and leading strategy within a large, complex organization.
