To enhance the experience of the existing Tubitayeho Offers, MTN brings to its prepaid customers the new revamped Tubitayeho voice packs that are now segmented and have combo offers which include voice, data and SMS all in one.

All MTN prepaid customers, including customers who were using Tubitayeho packs before are eligible to purchase the new Tubitayeho voice packs.

Dial *140# and choose option 0 to purchase the revised Tubitayeho voice packs.

• There are new Tubitayeho packs that offer both voice and data resources valid for 30 days with different price points.
• The new Tubitayeho packs are tailored to each customer’s spend patterns to meet their needs.
• All new Tubitayeho voice packs will be used on all networks (MTN-MTN, MTN-Airtel).

Currently this feature isn’t live yet but it is Work in progress. Customers will soon be able to Buy Tubitayeho Voice packs on *772#.

• Multiple purchase of a same Tubitayeho voice pack is allowed up to 3 times in each month. Customers can purchase multiple times Tubitayeho packs of different price points. 
• When a customer has an active Tubitayeho voice pack and purchases another before expiry of the first one, the daily resources are accumulated, meaning that the daily cap of the new purchased pack is added on the daily cap of the existing pack.
• In case of two multiple purchases, the expiry date does not extend to 60 days. The expiry date is always 30 days from the time of any pack purchase. The first pack takes priority in terms of depletion and the second pack follows.
