How does the subscription work?
The Subscription fee for our services is highly economical.
The initial subscription charge is one time and thereafter users are put on an auto-renewal system (for the same charge), so that they may continue to have uninterrupted access to our service.
How to subscribe/Unsubscribe
IVR: To subscribe or unsubscribe via IVR Customers should dial 195 and select a package (Daily or Weekly) of their choice for subscription or follow instructions to unsubscribe.

- Customers will be able to subscribe to the service using their mobile main balance.

- Customers will not be able to subscribe to the service using any FREE wallets i.e. Rewards talk time, SMSs bundles or Rewards SMSs.

How can callers navigate back to the main or previous menu?
During the call, at any given moment, the user is provided with the opportunity to press ‘0’ or ‘9’ to go back to the main menu
