- On demand then you follow the instructions.
Subscription rates
Subscription cost for Muganga Online is 65 Rwf when you choose On demand services , but when you choose subscription services it’s until you are unsubscribed.
Note: Subscription upon expiration always notify renewal

1.Muganga Online will be open to all MTN prepaid customers.
2.Customers will be able to subscribe to the service using main balance airtime.
3.Customers with daily subscription would only be able to access content on Muganga Online every day at 8:00am.

To subscribe, dial *141# and select the services which are:
a.Subscription
b.On demand
