How to Activate
Pre-paid Recharge Vouchers are available for purchase from most kiosks, MTN Centers and MTN street vendors throughout the country.
To credit airtime for calling and SMS:
Step 1: Type the number to call as *111*voucher number#
Step 2: Press the
button
Step 3: Your airtime balance will show on the screen including the credited amount
To credit airtime for pre-paid MTN Internet access:
Step 1: You must have a positive balance of airtime on your phone.
Step 2: Ensure the APN is set to internet.mtn
MTN Internet Service cost is 30 Rwf per MB or save even more by purchasing bundles.

Once credited to your account, place calls or send SMS as usual. For pre-paid MTN Internet customers, you’re ready to go online.
