M-Charge

You can now forgo purchasing airtime recharge vouchers and credit your account virtually through M-Charge. Vendors throughout Rwanda will soon be offering the M-Charge recharge service

How to Activate

To become an M-Charge vendor, please go to your nearest MTN Center or authorized vendor to get set up. Questions about M-Charge vending, please call the MTN Call Center at 186.

How to Use

Once credited to your account, place calls or send SMS as usual. For pre-paid MTN Internet customers, you’re ready to go online.

What is the Cost

You can re-charge your phone as you need by purchasing airtime in values of 500, 1,500, 2,500, 5,000, 10,000, and 20,000 RWF which are valid for 90 days. To find out how far your airtime will go, view the per-minute and per-second tariffs for MTN Personal Voice packages.
