How to Activate

Method 1: Call 3788
Call 3788 and browse the menu to choose your favourite song. If you already know the code for your favourite song, follow the voice prompts to activate it immediately.

Normal call rates apply..
While browsing the available songs, press * to move from one song to another.

Method 2: Send SMS

To Subscribe	SMS 1007 to 3788 (1007 is the order code of the song of your choice. See song codes after the link at the top of the page) Once you have successfully subscribed, you can purchase a tone.
To Purchase a Tone	SMS 1007 to 3788 (1007 is the order code of the song of your choice.)
To send a Gift tone to a friend	SMS "Gift 1007 078XXXXXXX" to 3788. (1007 is the song code, and 078XXXXXX is the friend's number.)
Assign a Tune to a group of friends by SMS	SMS song code and friends numbers e.g. SMS 1007 0781234567 078332244 etc to 3788
To Unsubscribe	SMS unsubscribe to 3788

Note: Activation via SMS is free of charge

What is the Cost

Calls to IVR are charged at the normal Call rates. Activation via SMS and website are free of charge.

FAQ's

1. How much does each caller tune cost?
Only 160 rwf per tone. If you activate by calling 3788, you will be charged at the normal call rates. However activating via SMS and the MTN website is free of charge.
How long does an MTN CallerTune last for?
Each CallerTune is valid for 30 Days. After 30 days, one will need to purchase another tone, or re-purchase your favourite tone.
Can I have more than 1 CallerTune at a time?
Yes, they will be saved in your inbox so you can change your tone to suit your mood.
