Coverage is defined as being the ability to receive or make calls in open terrain.

Coverage will tend to vary depending on certain factors in the areas indicated on the map.

Normal phones (2W) will have adequate coverage in more than 95%of the indicated area while
transportable (8W) mobile phones (i.e car phones) will have coverage in 99% of the indicated area.

Some parts of the indicated areas may not have coverage due to natural or man made
obstructions.

Sometimes, coverage may also extend beyond the indicated boundaries. Lake coverage may extend a few kms offshore.
