Who Benefits

The top 600 MTN customers are automatically offered MTN Gold Club Membership. Each customer is given a scorecard related to their ranking in these four areas:

• Total patronage to MTN (amount spent)
• Length of time with MTN
• Number of services used
• Payment of bill on time

Customers scorecards are re-evaluated every year, with Gold Club cards issued that are valid from January to December of the coming year.

What is be the Cost

There is no cost to become a Gold Club member. You retain your membership by remaining among the top 600 MTN Rwanda customers.
