MTN Rwanda, the country’s telecommunications leader, has announced that it recorded just over four million subscribers as of 1st September 2015. According to Rwanda Utilities and Regulatory Agency (RURA) July 2015 report, Rwanda’s mobile penetration rate was at 72.6% with over 8.1 million subscribers.
